Refunds policy- ECOMHQ

This document is the Refund Policy referred to in ECOMHQ.BIZ for purchases of the training program from Abdullah Al Kobeissy and any other websites controlled by us. 
Our policy lasts 45days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you make a sale after implementing any or all of our strategies outlined within the course this will be considered a success and therefore you will be not entitled to a refund of the course under any circumstances. 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once you contact us and your refund is received, we will require you to provide us with substantial evidence, that we are satisfied with on the ground of:
Your online Shopify store is complete following the advice / tips outlined in the course and it has the potential to successfully receive payments. 
You have attempted a minimum of 5 different products/stores that are available for sale, assuring that each product is priced following the course tips and fair market value. 
You must have at least one active Facebook ad campaign running to your website or product at the time you request a refund that has not demonstrated results. 
You have set up Facebook Ads up to the standards provided in the course. 
You have proof that your Facebook Ads have been running for a minimum of 21 days and that a minimum of $300 USD has been spent on these Ads and you have tested different image/video ideas with varies angles following criteria taught within the course. 
You have set up Klaviyo as outlined in the course 
A legitimate email pop-up has been installed on your site of good value and offer. 
Abandoned cart automated newsletter subscriber email chain has been set up and;
At least 1 email blast campaign has been sent to your email list in order to generate sales. 
You must have an active Instagram and Facebook with a minimum of 10 pieces of content on each AND there must be sufficient evidence that you have advertised your website providing customers with a legitimate reason on purchasing your product.
You have asked our team for feedback on your store, products, ads etc. 
Your pricing terms must be considered fair and fall within the acceptable market value of your product taking competitors into consideration. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
